Pizza catering
By the power vested in us, we will cater your wedding. (Or any other private event that would be improved by pizza, which is all of them.)
We specialize in Neapolitan-inspired pizzas.
Each 10-inch pizza uses scratch-made sourdough crust.
Pizzas are cooked to order using commercial-grade outdoor pizza ovens. (Have your own pizza oven? We can use that, too!)
Pizzas are sliced and served family style, so guests can help themselves.
You can choose any three pizzas from our current menu.
Traditional catering
We are also pleased to offer a menu of Sicilian- and French-inspired dishes developed by Head Chef Chris Milazzo.
Each dish is inspired by his travels, Sicilian heritage, and an obscene amount of nebbiolo (not necessarily in that order).
